My beef is the display system I have is too slow, that's in addition to being cumbersome to use at times. Voice control seemed like a great solution, but the "AI" in my 2021 Audi is nearly useless for anything but simple commands. I do like the physical controls on the steering wheel, it's a great feature that is safe to use. I also like the display behind the steering wheel, which can be adjusted using the steering wheel controls. If the voice control AI was more capable, it would work quite well, for example, if I could tell the car to make various adjustments without manually navigating through menus on a touch display. I was hoping that updates would become better with each new model release, but car companies seem to stick with original computer technology for years until a major new design comes out, that's despite the tech quickly going out of date after only a year or two, and despite the computer tech being dated and low end to begin with.

Youre attributing too malicious what could easily be explained by mismanagement and limited resources. It doesnt hurt these tech companies to invest in a company, and then choke jt from the board. Because then they can acquire it cheaper that way. There are multiple ways to take over an idea or innovation. But stopping innovation isnt the motivation. Innovation is good for everyone involved because it becomes a new product to sell.

Don't forget often these checkout machines are on a subscription basis. So per checkout machine it could be hundreds or thousands of dollars per month, and once installed and you renovated your store its a headache and costly to go back.

Customers needing to pay more when a minimum wage is implemented doesn't seem like an issue. It's what the service apparently costs if the delivery driver isn't being taken advantage of. The business model is clearly unsustainable.

PREACH 🙏 Poor people don't deserve real meat, and shouldn't even be allowed the privilege of eating it. Making real meat an expensive commodity means we can provide low nutritional benefits to broke asses and keep the poor from ever being healthy enough to take our money. On top of that, we can buyout the industry and make EVEN MORE money off of poor people being dependent on artificial meat, and it's not like those disgusting vermin can tell the difference anyways.

  • @shadowwalker8296

I mean to be fair though. You do have to think about the ecosystem because even though a lot of people don't like to consider it, we're a part of it and we're part of it pretty much everywhere in the world because we've been there for thousands of years. If we all a sudden stopped being a part of the ecosystem It could be bad and the economic system Well, a lot of people were like wow. Greed also destroying all the money You have to wear your poor like in The great depression. Wouldn't be good right or making a lot of People. able to provide for themselves or their families. Or lots of people all the sudden, losing their jobs with not enough experience to get them anywhere else. Not to mention sometimes raising livestock in a certain way can give it better or unique tastes. And growing creatures themselves is going to change some things. Just cuz, it's vegan or convenient. Doesn't always make it good like. For example, growing artificial meat wouldn't have all the proper nutrients in it Which? is kind of already proven. And people have the right to choose what they eat.

It's not economically viable, even if the Blue States heavily subsidized. It's a silly argument because the Red States will gradually adapt it anyway if the costs went down to economically viable levels 🤭

  • @mopozuJIko

I've always loved using self checkout and never understood why some people hated it. Then I moved to a different city and encountered the self checkout machinw that was weighing every item after I scanned it, didn't allow me to pack items in multiple bags, got atuck and required the help from employees. At that moment I understood what everyone else was talking about. So there are different ways to do self checkout it seems. One is efficient and allows a customer a great deal of freedom, and another takes more time to troubleshoot that you save. I'd say the second one isn't worth it, and I cant understand the stupidity of the stores that install them. They dont prevent theft because a malicious person can still do any of the tricks described in the video. But they make the experience miserable for everyone. So in this new store I'm now stuck waiting in line to a cashier if I decide to buy more stuff than can fit in a bagging area.

I think the government intervention is coming in too early to make up for people who misunderstood what the gig economy was meant to be. There was never an intention that you make your living off being an uber driver or doordash delivery person, but rather that you do it when you can to make extra money. Had there been a labor shortage rather than the labor surplus we see now its likely that these services wouldve just began hiring a base of employees to keep operations running while they wait for gig workers to clock in at rush times. That solves so many issues we see now, but instead you had a flood of people totally dependent on this income and have now begun lobbying to increase their profits that is likely going to end up crashing the industry as a whole.
